facts of violation of  conditions for nighttime construction works uncovered

Restrictions and conditions for construction works during nighttime are set by the paragraph 2.5.15 of the Moscow Government Decree of 19.05.2015 № 299-ПП. Noise level measurements are carried out by the accredited laboratories.
Noise level limits are set by the Sanitary regulations “Noise in working places, in premises of the residential and public buildings and in residential territories” (for daytime and night time separately).
